Limited Lifetime Warranty - TechT Paintball Products warrants against defects in material and workmanship for the *life of all TechT Product. The "*life" of any TechT Product is limited to the initial purchaser. Any TechT product that has been resold and or traded is no longer covered under the original purchase warranty. Products that have been resold or traded will be subject to evaluation by TechT Paintball, and dealt with on a individual basis. TechT's Lifetime warranty does not cover user error. The warranty will also not cover intentional damage or misuse. It is the responsibility of any individual returning a product to TechT Paintball to use a reliable, trackable shipping method. Shipping costs to TechT Paintball for warranty are the responsibilty of the sender. TechT will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. Customers may be asked to include a copy of their initial sales receipt with any warranty request. Customers that have purchased products directly from TechT Paintball will not be expected to include a receipt.

Register Your TechT Product

Before you return a product, please register your product here. Once your product is registered you can create an RMA (return mechandise authorization). Print the RMA and include the paper work with your return.

All Shipments to TechT Paintball must include the following info in a type written letter:

• The reason for returning the product.
• Your Name
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Return Shipping Address
• If the product was purchased directly from TechT you will not need to include a receipt or proof of purchase.
• If the product was purchased from a TechT Retailer you may be asked to supply a receipt or proof of purchase.
