Kit Installation Instructions
Remove your air source from the gun, and release all the air from
inside the gun. This can be done by re-cocking the gun and pulling
the trigger.
1. Unscrew the two screws that hold the trigger
frame to the body of the gun. There is one in front of the trigger,
and one behind it.
2. Gently turn the trigger frame to the right,
and gently slide the stock 3-way shaft out of the hole that connects
it to the trigger.
3. Remove the stock 3-way shaft from the 3-way.
4. Re-connect your trigger frame to the body of
the gun with the two screws your removed in #1.
5. Remove the set-screw from the Trigger Collar and unscrew the
two pieces of The Shaft Kit. You will be left with The Shaft, Trigger
Collar and set-screw.
6. Apply a nice coating of paintball gun oil to
the two o-rings on The Shaft.
7. Gently insert The Shaft into the 3-way.
8. Insert the Trigger Collar through the trigger
frame
9. Gently screw the Shaft in to the Trigger Collar
until end of The Shaft and the rear edge of the Trigger Collar are
flush.

10. Recock your gun, and air it up. If you have
leaks coming from the 3-way, that’s ok, we’re going
to adjust it.
11. Now, as slowly as humanly possibly, pull the
trigger and pay close attention to the cocking rod and back block.
You want the hammer to release and the gun to fire, just before
the back block comes back to re-cock the gun.
12. Using a small flat-head screwdriver you can
adjust the length of the Shaft in the front of the 3-way. Adjusting
the length of the shaft will change the time between when the gun
fires and re-cocks.
Turning the shaft
clockwise will increase the time between when the gun fires and
re-cocks.
Turning the
shaft counter-clockwise will decrease the time between the two events.
**Remember, the two events
need to be close, but you don’t want the gun re-cocking before
the gun fires.
The objective when adjusting
your Shaft Kit is to get the gun to fire just
before the gun recocks. This adjusting takes understanding, time
and patience. You may decide to let the people at your local pro
shop time your gun.
13.
Once you have the gun firing how you like re-install the set-screw
back in to the Trigger Collar. Make sure that the set screw is tight.
If for some reason you loose it, go to your local hardware store
and get a new one. If the set-screw is not tight, or not there,
the gun will come out of time.
If you have jusr installed, or are interested in
the Shaft Kit, you should really consider the Low Pressure Nut !!!
