| Great bolt!!! Made a noticeable difference straight away. Fit was great and installation was easy. I gained 25 FPS and was able to lower my pressure 30psi. Worth every penny!!! |

| I really enjoy this bolt. It does lower the sound signature of my Ego quite a bit, especially when paired with a good barrel system. I personally use a DeadlyWinds barrel and the sound is greatly reduced. The bolt also added to my marker's efficiency. The placement of the o-rings allows for better use of the air as it passes from the valve through the bolt. I noticed an increase of about 10fps over the chrono. So far I have not experienced any issues with clipping paint with this bolt in my marker.
The only thing I don't like about this bolt is the color. After it gets used for a bit it starts to get stained black/gray from the o-ring wear in the breach. A darker color for the material would be nice, but that is purely cosmetic.

| The Hush Bolt by TechT is a good product. I noticed a difference in sound signature right away, but it honestly wasn't as significant as I had hoped with the stock barrel. When I paired it with the Deadlywinds barrel, however, it made a drastic difference. The Hush bolt paired with a good barrel will significantly lower the sound signature of your Ego/Etek. It also makes your marker more efficient due to the placement of the o-rings. I personally noticed a 10fps increase over the chronograph. I have never had an issue with this bolt clipping paint either.
My only complaint with the bolt is purely aesthetic. I wish the material was dyed black or dark gray. As the bolt gets used more and more, the you see black stains from the o-rings wearing off. A darker material would hide this better. This doesn't affect the performance at all, it's just a personal quirk.
My current setup is an Ego9.5, DYE Rotor, Deadlywinds barrel with Freak kit, Crossfire 68/45.
I highly recommend this bolt for anyone looking to make their marker a little softer on the ears and a little more efficient. |
