Tippmann Upgrades | Crossover Upgrades

The Tippmann Crossover is a newer addition to the Tippmann Family of paintball markers. Internally, it's very different than any gun they had made previously. Tippmann was going for a new look and was taking a stab at the tournament player market. As with anything Tippmann, it's durable, and comes with a good company backing it.

Out of the box, the Crossover is an "ok" marker at best. It's not great, but it's ok. It shoots, but it's not quiet by any means, and has some serious kick to it due to a stainless steel bolt system. Durable yes, but nice to shoot...not so much. It was the foundation of a cool gun, but in efforts to make it bullet proof, they made it feel clunky.

To fix these very noticable problems, we started by redesigning the entire bolt system. We improved every aspect of the firing cycle. Our main design goals were to make it lighter, more air efficient, and quieter. After months of development, the TechT MRT (MASS REDUCTION TECHNOLOGY) Bolt for the Crossover was born. We made an all aluminum version of the bolt with a soft tip so that its softer on paint. The lightened weight bolt system made the gun feel like something totally different that the out of the box marker.

So what can we do for your marker?

1. The TechT MRT Bolt Upgrade makes for a smoother shot and increased accuracy, more shots per tank, and you'll notice a quieter sound signature.

2. We combined the bolt with our iFIT Barrel Kit to get maximum performance for the Crossover. The iFIT made the Crossover more accurate by allowing us to size the barrel to the paint that we were using. This made for less wasted air, more shots per tank fill, and even tighter groupings. The iFit is the most affordable barrel boring kit, and works in conjunction with your existing barrel no matter what it is.

With our upgrades you can achieve increased BPS (balls per second), increased long range accuracy, and less ball breaks due to the soft tip oring. You can't ask for more than that from any paintball gun.
